Senior Spatial Planning Advisor

• Completed HBO or WO degree in spatial planning, urban planning, or similar

• At least 7 years of experience in spatial planning and area development

• Strong substantive knowledge of laws and regulations, including the Environment Act

• You are entrepreneurial, decisive, and solution-oriented

• You switch easily between content, process, and stakeholders

• You enjoy guiding colleagues and sharing knowledge

• Salary between €4,900 and €8,100 (based on 40 hours, depending on experience)

Are you an experienced spatial planning advisor who maintains an overview in complex tasks and enjoys taking responsibility? As a Senior Spatial Planning Advisor at Aveco de Bondt, you will play a key role in projects with great social impact. You combine substantive depth with a pragmatic approach and know how to actually move plans forward.

As a senior advisor, you will work on complex spatial issues and take a leading role within projects. You are a sparring partner for clients and colleagues and contribute to the substantive quality of our work.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Advising at a strategic and tactical level on spatial developments

• Guiding municipalities through complex planning processes and the Environment Act

• Advising developers on large-scale area and location developments

• Coordinating and assessing environmental-planning studies

• Directing and guiding medior and junior advisors

• Monitoring quality, integrity, and progress within projects

Location: Breda, Nieuwegein and Holten offices
Salary indication: € 4900 - € 8100
