What we're looking for

Academic level of work and thought with at least 6 years of experience working within large-scale change or reorganization trajectories (within consultancy or as a program manager).
In-depth insight into how strategy, organizational design, processes, systems, HR structures, culture, and leadership function in conjunction.
Entrepreneurship and networking: you see opportunities in the market and know how to acquire and expand assignments.
Inspiring, connecting leadership: you bring calm to chaos and enjoy collaborating with colleagues and developing talent.
A strong ambition to continuously develop yourself. Eagerness to learn is a must.

The role

What you'll do

Integral program management. You are ultimately responsible for the steering and realization of complex, politically sensitive transformations at large societal organizations.
Interweaving disciplines. You tie expertise from across all of Berenschot (from organizational science and job evaluation to cultural interventions and data analysis) together into one effective program.
Strategic sparring partner. You are the solid conversation partner for C-level stakeholders; you know how to create support, break through impasses, and maintain course amidst conflicting interests.
Proposition and coaching. You help build the methodology of the Transformation Partners team and coach junior and medior advisors in their professional development.
