Project Manager Social Domain

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex IT projects, preferably within the social domain or at least within government

• Knowledge of Prince2, Agile Scrum and/or Lean Six Sigma is a plus

• Substantive knowledge of the social domain, municipal government, and customer value strategies

• Ability to switch to a strategic level and advise the MT

• A self-directed, self-starting, and proactive character with which you execute projects successfully

• HBO or WO level of professional and intellectual ability

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English

As a Project Manager Social Domain within Centric Digital Government, you are responsible for the successful realization of innovative IT projects, with a focus on the social domain. In this role, you will work on projects in which the transition to SaaS and cloud solutions plays an important role, and you will be a full partner at MT level.

You will work closely with fellow project managers and will receive support from a buddy in the beginning, so that you quickly find your way within the organization. Within Centric, several experienced Project Managers are active with whom you can spar and share knowledge. You will also organize, communicate, and monitor the entire project trajectory and ensure that your team performs optimally. Thanks to your clear communication and analytical skills, you create overview and support, from the project team to the management team.

• You lead project teams and create consensus among clients and stakeholders
