Senior Advisor Assessment and Development (psychologist)

You are passionate about the development of people and organizations. You are entrepreneurial, possess strong communication skills (oral and written), and enjoy collaborating. Additionally, you have:

· A master's degree in psychology.

· Approximately 4 to 10+ years of experience as an assessment psychologist, consultant, or talent advisor, and are ready for a role with more impact, entrepreneurship, and influence on the development of the profession.

· Insight into HR issues regarding selection, career, and development.

· Commercial skills and a network-oriented mindset.

· The ability to provide sharp, independent, and constructive advice.

· Good writing skills.

· A salary between € 5,086 and € 8,377, depending on experience and development potential. We look at a suitable entry point with room to grow.

As a senior advisor for assessment and development, you map out talents and guide people in their development. At the same time, you help organizations achieve their goals with the right people and strong teams. You combine conducting assessments with advising clients, developing new propositions, and further shaping the field.

Your duties include:

· Advising on selection, career, and development issues.

· Independently conducting assessments at all levels, from professionals to executive boards, and translating the results into clear advice.

· Innovating and developing assessment and development methodologies.

· Maintaining existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for follow-up assignments, and actively contributing to the further growth of our practice.

· Playing role-plays with colleagues (internal training).

· Working in project teams and actively sharing knowledge with colleagues.

· Freedom to broaden your activities: for example, giving training, coaching, developing new initiatives, or performing HR advisory assignments at one of our clients.
