As a Project Manager at Transformation Office Operations (TOO), you make a real impact. You are responsible for independently and effectively leading challenging projects. These include, for example, projects regarding organizational change, operations-wide optimization and implementation, and Gen-AI/RPA development. You will become part of a professional team of project managers that is currently being formed. Operations makes a major contribution to the Retail strategy and has a very ambitious Future State Operations vision, through which a major optimization drive in working methods, design, and automation will be realized across all 6 operations in the coming years. The Transformation Office Operations is responsible for steering and supporting this transformation of Operations and the 6 operations units towards 2030. The Transformation Office does this by:

• Collaborating with all stakeholders to realize the execution calendar of the Future State Operations strategy and to achieve the goals of Operations, and by steering and reporting on this.
• Effective and tight execution of projects within the transformation. This concerns, on the one hand, changes for all of Operations, but also large change trajectories within the Operations units.
• Directing the most important tech topics such as GEN-AI, Robotics, and CRM Modernization and translating them into and monitoring concrete roadmaps.

• Independently leading projects or sub-projects within more complex projects, with a diversity of stakeholders and a strong focus on change management
• Using your project management experience and skills to ensure projects run effectively and smoothly
• Working closely with clients, value chains, and colleagues within the 6 operations, across the operations, and with departments that provide the necessary technology to deliver demonstrable results
• Collaborating with the AI & Robotics business owner and with the CRM Modernization business owner in the analysis, development, and realization trajectories within the operations
• In close collaboration with your fellow project managers, you will work on the further growth and professionalization of the project management team, with the shared ambition to excel in this
• Raising the bar every day through your sharp, up-to-date knowledge and insights into the projects and the playing field of Operations within Rabobank

• 36 hours per week
• 6 operations units, 3,500 colleagues within Operations Retail NL
• 9.5 million customers worldwide

• Independently leading projects and sub-projects within more complex projects
• In collaboration with colleagues within and outside Operations, translating strategy and technical possibilities into concrete projects that deliver demonstrable value

• University degree and at least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Consulting experience required (for example, at one of the large consulting firms)
• You combine tactical thinking with a hands-on mentality and translate plans into practical implementation at an operational level
• Solid experience in project management and having demonstrably led projects or held leading roles in transformations
• Familiar with project management methodology (such as certification in Prince2, IPMA, or similar)
• Experience within Operations is a plus
• Self-starter who achieves results through smart collaboration and is strong in stakeholder management
• Fluent in the Dutch language and able to communicate effectively in writing and orally in English in a business context
• Wanting to get better every day, self-reflective, and having a strong drive toward concrete results
