As Project Leader Organizational Development & Innovation, you research and translate those ideas into practical improvements. You work on organization-wide projects that contribute to a future-oriented, customer-centric, and efficient organization. In doing so, you connect strategy and execution and ensure that plans are actually realized.

You guide projects from idea to implementation. You map out issues clearly, draw up project plans, and ensure structure, progress, and support. You collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines and business units and know how to bring different interests together. In doing so, you keep an eye on the impact of changes on processes, systems, and employees.

You identify developments within and outside the automotive industry and translate these into opportunities for Zeeuw & Zeeuw. Whether it is about improving work processes, developing new ways of working, or applying innovative solutions: you ensure movement and results.

Your further responsibilities

• Leading organization-wide projects in the field of organizational development, innovation, and process improvement;

• Translating strategic objectives into concrete project plans, actions, and results;

• Mapping out processes, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement;

• Assembling and managing multidisciplinary project teams;

• Monitoring planning, scope, budget, quality, and risks;

• Creating support and ensuring clear communication with involved colleagues and stakeholders;

• Guiding changes and supporting implementation within the organization;

• Preparing progress reports and presenting results to management and the board;

• Evaluating projects and ensuring proper safeguarding of improvements;

• Actively following trends and developments and translating these into innovative initiatives.

• You possess a higher professional (HBO) or academic (WO) level of working and thinking, preferably in the direction of Business Administration, Organizational Development, Innovation Management, or a similar education;

• You have at least 3 years of experience with project management, organizational development, innovation, or process improvement;

• You have experience in leading projects and working with various stakeholders;

• You are analytically strong and know how to translate complex issues into clear and achievable solutions;

• You work methodically, in a structured manner, and maintain an overview, even when projects run simultaneously;

• You are connecting, persuasive, and know how to get people on board with change;

• You take initiative, are result-oriented, and dare to make decisions;

• You have an affinity with innovation, digitalization, and improving organizations;

• You communicate easily at different levels and can present clearly;

• You speak and write excellent Dutch.
