As (Senior) Manager, you are responsible for selling and successfully delivering projects to our clients. You work closely with existing clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions that help them realize their business objectives. Organizations face major challenges. Digitalization, AI, new laws and regulations, changing customer expectations, and a tight labor market demand organizations that are agile, effective, and future-proof.

As Manager Target Operating Model, you help executives design organizations that are ready for tomorrow. You work at the intersection of strategy, organization, governance, and transformation, translating complex issues into concrete solutions that actually work. Additionally, you build new client relationships to support the growth of our company. In collaboration with your team, you manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You also make a valuable internal contribution by coaching and training colleagues and further developing our propositions.

As Manager Target Operating Model, you lead complex organizational and transformation issues for our clients:

• Realizing transformation programs where strategy, processes, people, and technology converge

• Designing organizational structures, governance, and operating models, and guiding reorganizations and integration processes

• Develops and maintains strong client relationships and acts as the primary point of contact.

• Designing and implementing programs that align with the client's business objectives

• Manages project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to complete projects on time and within budget.

• Leads and coaches a team of consultants/analysts in delivering projects to clients.

• Staying up to date with trends and best practices in organizational development to keep our services leading.
