As Service & Maintenance Coordinator at Hurks, you are the connecting link between our office in Den Bosch and our skilled tradespeople on location. You ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and maintain an overview of both the planning and the progress of the work.
In this versatile role, you have daily contact with various stakeholders, such as clients, residents, suppliers, and subcontractors. You draw up schedules, monitor progress, and ensure that work orders are complete and correctly provided with the right specifications. Additionally, you are responsible for the accurate processing of settlements, invoicing, and time registrations.
Your duties:
Drawing up, managing, and monitoring the schedule so that work is carried out efficiently and according to appointment.
Maintaining contact with clients, residents, suppliers, and subcontractors and ensuring good cooperation.
Checking and supplementing work orders, so that all performed work is correctly recorded.
Providing accurate and timely processing of settlements and invoices.
Processing and checking the time registrations of our skilled tradespeople.
