Civil Works Supervisor

• you have completed an MBO, HBO, or WO education in civil engineering, soil, road, and water construction, or similar;

• naturally, you have an affinity with the rail and infrastructure industry;

• you are digitally skilled and have experience with automation (such as MS Project, VISI, or Relatics).

• a salary between €3,500 and €6,000 based on a full-time employment of 40 hours;

You ensure that civil engineering projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to contract.

• On behalf of our clients (such as ProRail, RWS, Tennet, provinces, municipalities, and water boards), you verify whether the contractor is correctly applying the contract.

• You monitor safety, risks, technical aspects, planning, budget, and quality within large civil engineering projects.

• You are the connecting link between contractors, clients, and internal specialists.

As a civil works supervisor, you are the linchpin of the inspection team for projects such as bridges, viaducts, roads, hydraulic engineering, and rail infrastructure. You maintain contact with various parties and support the coordinating works supervisor with your technical knowledge. You will have plenty of opportunities to grow within Movares.

You are a true connector and know how to bring people together within complex civil engineering projects. You communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, and switch effortlessly between different parties such as contractors, clients, and internal specialists. You enjoy working in a team, but also function excellently independently. You make the difference in civil infrastructure projects. You have an eye for detail, are result-oriented, and know how to connect theory and practice. You are proactive in sharing knowledge and actively contribute to a safe and high-quality execution of our projects.
