a completed university degree in finance, accountancy, economics, or similar

As Finance Manager / Business Unit Controller, you safeguard the financial health, transparency, and compliance of the business unit. You are a reliable sparring partner for the BU management and support strategic decision-making in an increasingly international playing field.
You manage financial processes across projects, tenders, and international entities, balancing local practice with group guidelines. In close cooperation with project teams, finance colleagues, and external stakeholders, you maintain control over risks, cash flow, and performance.
A summary of your activities:
managing planning, budgeting, and forecasting for national and international projects
providing timely and accurate financial reports according to IFRS and internal guidelines
analyzing performance, margins, risks, and opportunities
managing cash flow and optimizing working capital
ensuring financial and tax compliance within international activities
coordinating audits and maintaining contacts with advisors and authorities
improving financial processes and internal control measures
