Will you help build the next phase of growth for Baker Tilly?
At Baker Tilly, we believe that sustainable growth begins with people. Growth does not happen by itself. It requires clarity on what high performance means, what leadership we expect, and how we recognize, develop, and promote talent.
That is why we are looking for a Talent & Development Manager. Not someone to manage existing processes, but a strategic professional who provides direction on how we at Baker Tilly view performance, leadership, talent, and potential.
Baker Tilly is growing. Through attracting ambitious professionals, strategic partnerships such as the one with Baat, and our further development within the Benelux. However, the greatest growth opportunity lies in our people: more than a thousand professionals who solve complex issues daily for clients and colleagues. We want to utilize their potential even better.
As Talent & Development Manager, you will develop the vision, frameworks, and governance for performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development. You will report to the Performance & Change Lead.
You are responsible for defining what excellent performance, strong leadership, and sustainable talent mean within Baker Tilly. You will develop a future-proof approach that allows managers, HR colleagues, and employees to work from the same principles.
You operate at the intersection of strategy, organizational development, and people management, working closely with the CPO, HR Business Partners, People Development, Compensation & Benefits, and business leaders.

You advise and influence, acting as a strategic sparring partner for the CPO, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders.
You promote fairness, inclusion, and objectivity, which will further ensure consistent and inclusive decision-making.
