Manager SME Accountancy

• You have completed an AA or RA education.

• You have several years of experience within SME accountancy, including several years in a directing or leadership role.

• You are a full-fledged sparring partner for entrepreneurs and advise them on various financial and business issues.

• You like to take responsibility for clients, colleagues, and the quality of the service.

• You have the ambition to grow further within the field, for example towards a position as Senior Manager SME Accountancy & Advisory.

You understand what keeps entrepreneurs busy and know how to translate complex issues into practical and valuable advice. As an experienced Manager SME Accountancy & Advisory, you are an important sparring partner for clients and will get the opportunity to grow into a role as Senior Manager in the short term.

As Manager SME Accountancy, you are the fixed point of contact for your own portfolio of companies. You build sustainable relationships with clients, think along with them regarding their ambitions, and advise them on financial, business, and strategic issues. Thanks to your insight into the company and the industry, you recognize opportunities, signal developments, and translate these into practical advice with added value.

You look beyond just the numbers. You understand what keeps entrepreneurs busy, ask the right questions, and help them make choices that contribute to the further development of their organization. In doing so, you work closely with colleagues from various disciplines to provide clients with complete and appropriate advice.

In addition to your role towards clients, you take an important position within the team. You guide and coach junior managers, supervisors, and assistants in their professional and personal development. You monitor the quality of the service, maintain an overview of ongoing assignments, and ensure that tasks are carried out efficiently and carefully. In doing so, you act as a connecting link between the team, the client, and the partners.
