Tax Manager Real Estate

• You have completed a university degree in Tax Law or Fiscal Economics.

• You have completed an NOB education.

• You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in fiscal practice.

• You are currently pursuing or are willing to follow the Mastercourse Vastgoed Fiscaal.

You make complex real estate issues crystal clear. As an advisor, you sit directly at the table with the client. You listen sharply, quickly grasp what is happening within the organization, and translate this into service that is rock solid. Trends and developments do not escape you. You identify them and turn them into concrete solutions.

You are or will become the expert when it comes to fiscal real estate issues. You work on challenging projects such as due diligence investigations, restructurings, and international real estate cases. Additionally, you assess complex tax returns, guide fiscal audits by the Tax Authorities, and carry out objection and appeal procedures with conviction. No two days are the same.

Collaboration is highly valued by us and is one of our drivers. By actively coaching, training, and reviewing work, you lift (senior) consultants to a higher level. Knowledge sharing is central, and you ensure that real estate knowledge is strengthened and spread within the fiscal playing field.

You work closely with colleagues from other disciplines such as; VAT, compilation, audit, and business advisory. You also participate in technical consultations and industry groups, so that your knowledge always remains up-to-date and broadly applicable.
