• You have a proven track record in further expanding an SME Accountancy & Advisory practice, in which you successfully know how to translate commercial opportunities into sustainable growth.

• You are a visible and connecting figurehead for clients, colleagues, and the market.

• You possess strong leadership qualities and know how to inspire, develop, and connect professionals to our organization.

• You derive energy from building long-term client relationships and strengthening our position in the region.

• You actively represent Baker Tilly within the local entrepreneur network and contribute to increasing our visibility and market position.
