Information Analyst Data & Analytics

You are analytically strong, communicatively skilled, and know how to bring people along in change. You have a passion for data. You ask the right questions, think ahead, and translate complex issues into practical solutions.
In addition, you have:

• Completed HBO/WO degree, preferably in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Information Management, or similar.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as an Information Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.

• Experience with analyzing and documenting business and information needs.

• Experience with stakeholder management and guiding change processes.

• Experience in agile working.

• Insight into data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and information provision.

• Knowledge of process modeling and requirements management.

• Affinity with data and AI solutions and modern cloud platforms

• Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.

Data is one of the most important drivers of the future of Baker Tilly, and that is why we are fully building our new Data & Analytics team. To expand this team, we are looking for an experienced Information Analyst who translates organization-wide issues into smart data and AI solutions with visible impact. You will therefore be joining at a unique moment. Your ideas and initiatives will help determine how data-driven working further takes shape within our organization.

Your challenge
As an Information Analyst at Data & Analytics, you form the bridge between business, data, and technology. You speak with stakeholders, analyze processes and information needs, and translate these into solutions that contribute directly to better decision-making, more efficient processes, and more business value. You are a sparring partner for product owners or possibly sometimes a product owner yourself. You work closely with data engineers, data stewards, and other specialists. Together, you ensure that data is not only available but also actually utilized effectively.

• You analyze processes and information needs and identify opportunities for improvement.

• You advise stakeholders on the deployment of data, analytics, and innovative technologies.

• You draft requirements, use cases, and process models and ensure a clear translation towards development teams.

• You stimulate data-driven working within the organization and contribute to the adoption of new solutions.

• You think along about the further development of Baker Tilly's data strategy.
