What we're looking for

You have completed a university degree (WO) in (technical) business administration, accountancy, econometrics, or (business) economics.
You have at least 6 years of work experience in the field of valuation at a professional service provider.

The role

Are you an experienced advisor who speaks the language of entrepreneurs? As Manager Valuation & Modeling, you will advise our clients in the field of valuation during M&A processes and discussions with, for example, the Tax Authorities.

Baker Tilly Corporate Finance focuses on the following disciplines: M&A, Due Diligence, Valuation & Modeling, and Financing & Restructuring. Our clients are primarily among family-/DGA-owned companies, mid-market PE, and medium-sized not-for-profit institutions. There is plenty of room to also get to know the other disciplines and to further develop yourself.

What you'll do

A company is always in motion. In every phase of a company's life cycle, diverse questions or challenges arise. Mapping out the risks that must be addressed before or after the acquisition or sale of a company is a specialized skill. Guiding clients through such a process and ensuring it runs successfully is what gives you energy. Additionally, you enjoy contributing to acquiring new clients.

As Manager Valuation & Modelling, you will have intensive contact with our clients, guiding them as best as possible during processes, and therefore fulfilling a role as a trusted advisor. Through your advisory talent, you can inspire clients and build sustainable relationships with them. In doing so, you will make use of your experience in strategy consulting, corporate finance, or business development.

You are also responsible for managing and coaching team members and preparing reports. The team consists of 20 dedicated professional team members. Additionally, you will have a lot of contact with tax or legal colleagues. Therefore, multidisciplinary work is performed in such processes.
