You will be working on the design and assessment of primary and regional flood defenses, taking various failure mechanisms into account. You will work on challenging issues within hydraulic engineering and provide your expertise to a wide range of clients, from Rijkswaterstaat and water boards to contractors and project developers. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the strategy and growth of our team to a higher level. You will also guide and coach junior and medior advisors, because sharing knowledge is at least as important as having knowledge. Within our close-knit and entrepreneurial team, you will work intensively on various projects, where we are always looking for smart and practical solutions.

At Aveco de Bondt, we work daily on challenging projects where we shape the water safety of tomorrow with smart solutions. Our work includes large-scale primary dike reinforcements such as the Markermeer dikes and the Afsluitdijk, but also regional quay reinforcements such as the DAHB polder, MT polder, and along the Mark-Dintel-Vliet. Additionally, we advise on the field of water safety within various types of projects, including infrastructure (A27 widening), area development (Stadsblokken Meinerswijk), and water storage (Dwarsdiep). We also support permit applications to safeguard water safety within spatial developments. In short: plenty of variety in your future work!
