Senior Urban Planner/Landscape Architect

Are you a passionate urban planner with a strong affinity for landscape? Or are you a landscape architect who enjoys working on urban planning issues? Then we are looking for you!

As a Senior Urban Planner with an affinity for landscape, you will work on diverse and challenging projects. You are responsible for developing innovative and sustainable urban plans in which you keep the landscape context in mind. You work together with a multidisciplinary team of designers, planners, and ecologists to arrive at the best solutions.

Due to your experience, you have not only a role towards our clients, but you also play an important role within Aveco de Bondt. Namely, that of being a go-to person for and in the guidance and training of our junior colleagues. You are able to build and maintain a network in the East of the country. In this way, you become an indispensable factor in a process that contributes to the growth of the Urban Planning and Landscape team in Holten.

• Developing urban planning plans and designs with a strong landscape component.

• Analyzing spatial issues and drafting integral visions.

• Collaborating with various stakeholders, including municipalities, project developers, and local communities.

• Guiding junior team members and contributing to their professional growth.

• Presenting designs and plans to clients and other involved parties.

• Completed education in urban planning, landscape architecture, or a similar field.

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong affinity with both urban planning and landscape.

• Excellent design skills and experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop and SketchUp.

• Good communication skills and a proactive working attitude.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
