You are responsible for delivering growth through managing, optimizing, and scaling our performance marketing channels. With your first-class analytical skills and problem-solving mindset, you will build the fundament for our next phase of growth. We are building a best-in-class in-house Performance Marketing team, which you will lead and help shape, now and in the years to come.

• Build, lead, and coach our in-house performance marketing team
• Define, own, and set up the performance marketing strategy across our global markets and websites
• Run, analyze, and optimize our performance marketing channels, using customer data and the creative brainpower of the rest of the marketing team
• Own the overall paid marketing budget, defining targets, channels, and market allocation
• Experiment with and implement new online and offline performance marketing channels
• Work closely with the Founders and the rest of the senior team to define yearly budgets and 5-years plans
• Work closely with the Tech & Creative & BI team to optimize the performance of the website

• 5+ years of experience in driving customer acquisition through performance marketing
• Experience in scaling an e-commerce business
• Proven track record of managing and driving a (small) performance marketing team
• Hands-on experience with (some, not all of) Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, Affiliate, and/or Referral marketing
• Experience with campaign automation tools, such as Smartly.io or Kenshoo, is a plus
• Proven track record working on company-wide strategic projects (such as launching new markets or websites)
• Ability to seamlessly work with marketers, designers, and engineers. In general strong stakeholder management capabilities and experience in working in an international environment
• Proactive, driven, able to work independently and accurately with a 'hands-on' mentality
• Have completed a bachelor's and master's degree
• Native or bilingual English
