Role responsibilities

As an Asset Management Project Leader, you will work within the Operate & Maintenance Structures & MEP team, a dynamic team of experienced professionals focused on delivering high-quality Maintenance Engineering and Data Management services to our clients. The projects they work on are large multi-year performance contracts and maintenance contracts, as well as small to medium-sized advisory assignments in the field of Asset Management. Our team works closely with various departments within the organization, such as Life Cycle Advisory and Information Management, to ensure that all projects run smoothly and meet the specified performance requirements.

You are responsible for coordinating and managing various projects, reporting directly to line management. An example project is a sub-project within a performance contract, where we carry out annual inspections and analyses to validate the government's long-term replacement planning. Quotes and projects have a lead time of several months to half a year. These projects are manageable in scale and simultaneously offer sufficient substantive challenge.

Within the Asset Management Business Unit, the emphasis lies on delivering high-quality and sustainable solutions for our clients. We optimize asset performance through data-driven decision-making and innovative technologies. Our vision is to improve the reliability and efficiency of infrastructure, while simultaneously controlling costs and increasing customer satisfaction.

Within the Business Unit, you will work together with a team of experts focused on implementing best practices and developing strategic solutions. We encourage a culture of continuous improvement, international collaboration, and entrepreneurship. This offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic goals of our organization and have a direct impact on the success of our projects.

Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented professional with a clear focus on project management and an affinity for asset management. You are analytically strong and know how to reduce complex issues to practical and workable solutions. You communicate easily with various stakeholders, enjoy working in a team, and maintain an overview, even when multiple deadlines are at play simultaneously. You work in a structured manner, think ahead, and naturally take responsibility within projects.
