Concept Elektro is an electrical installation company from Hoofddorp that designs, installs, and maintains electrical installations, security systems, and sustainable solutions for both businesses and individuals. Our projects are primarily located around Hoofddorp with companies, municipalities, healthcare institutions, housing associations, data centers, contractors, and individuals. We work on both new construction and renovation, with short lines of communication and a team where collaboration and enjoyment at work are central.

As a Project Leader, you organize, manage, and monitor one or more technical projects from start to completion. You work on electrical installations or fire alarm systems within, among others, residential construction, utility, healthcare institutions, and schools.

• You draw up project schedules and monitor progress

• You manage technicians, work preparers, and subcontractors

• You monitor quality, safety, and costs

• You coordinate with clients, suppliers, and construction partners

• You identify and process additional and reduced work

• You ensure installations comply with applicable standards

• You deliver the correct technical documentation

You work partly on-site and have close contact with all parties involved. You maintain the overview and ensure that agreements are met.

This position requires leadership, technical insight, and clear communication. A Project Leader takes responsibility and thinks ahead.
