Project Leader

• You have a HBO/WO diploma and have several years of relevant and successful work experience, preferably in cross-domain government projects.

• You have at least five years of successful experience in managing a project organization and project team.

• You are PRINCE2 and SAFE certified and you have knowledge and experience with Agile/Scrum.

• You have management skills and knowledge and experience in business operations, preferably within the social domain, risk management, and risk analysis.

• You can plan and organize, act innovatively, and you are a result-oriented team player.

• You have organizational sensitivity, networking skills, and can negotiate.

• You can motivate employees, communicate easily at all levels, and are a true team player.

As a project leader, you strive for the optimal result for the client. In doing so, you apply your leadership qualities to inspire, enthuse, and direct your team. You determine the scope, approach, risks, planning, and costs of the project. Additionally, you set up the project organization and manage the project team and sometimes also the client's involved suppliers. During execution, you coordinate regularly with your client. You monitor progress, provide financial steering, and safeguard risks. Deviations? You signal those in a timely manner. And you ensure alternative solution directions.

The projects you focus on have a strong result-oriented or tactical character, so you also handle project changes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. In doing so, you actively build relationships with your stakeholders and actively contribute to creating support for the project. Communication at tactical, strategic, and administrative levels comes naturally to you. With your pragmatic and goal-oriented working attitude, you maintain a strong network and ensure structured work meetings and adequate (internal) communication.
