• You conduct conversations with landowners, lessees, and other involved parties regarding access to plots and the use of land.
• You organize and guide processes regarding access permissions, temporary use, and business rights.
• You ensure complete, high-quality dossiers and a consistent recording of agreements.
• You work according to fixed processes and contribute to further standardization, quality assurance, and smart tooling.
• You interface with project leaders, specialists, legal experts, GIS/tooling, administration, and clients.
• You help clients move large numbers of dossiers forward carefully, efficiently, and with attention to the environment.

As a Land Affairs & Real Estate Advisor, you contribute to the realization of complex societal challenges such as the energy transition, infrastructure, area development, and water safety. You are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with landowners, lessees, governments, and other stakeholders, and you ensure that necessary agreements regarding land use are carefully established. You combine strong communication skills with a structured way of working and know how to bring diverse interests together in a professional manner.

You will join the Ruimte voor Vooruitgang team, a growing team within Land Affairs & Real Estate that combines professional expertise with smart processes, quality assurance, and stakeholder-oriented working. Within Arcadis, you will be given the space to further develop yourself through clear onboarding, professional guidance, and on-the-job learning. Knowledge of land affairs is a plus, but not a requirement; curiosity, communication skills, and the right attitude are more important to us.

• You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking or demonstrable relevant experience.
• You are communicatively strong and know how to build trust in conversations where interests may differ.
• You combine independence with thoroughness: you can work on the road, but also work with dossier-level accuracy.
• Knowledge of land affairs, real estate, environmental management, legal agreements, the agricultural sector, or public/spatial projects is a plus.
• Experience in consultancy, field service, account management, legal services, estate management, real estate agency, or area processes aligns well.
• You are eager to learn, reflective, and open to training, guidance, and working according to a uniform approach.
• You have a B driver's license and do not find it a problem to work regularly on location or in the field.
