Are you strong in real estate steering and looking for the variety of interim assignments at housing associations, combined with the security of a leading company and the collegiality of a growing team? Then we are looking for you.
We ensure a good start, with space to get to know Ortec Finance, our software, and your colleagues. After that, you will start working at a housing association, for example as a portfolio manager, asset manager, or quartermaster. You will regularly brainstorm with interim colleagues. You don't have to be at the client every day: we work hybrid, with an eye for a healthy work/life balance. Unique in our way of working: on Fridays, you are not billable. You use that time for deepening knowledge, meeting, and innovation. Examples of activities:
You translate the portfolio strategy into strategic labels and bring the organization along with you.
You analyze and advise on a difficult project (demolition-new build or renovate instead?) and discuss this in the MT.
You assess the performance of multiple complexes in conjunction and devise how you can improve the social performance or the operation.
You think along about the investment statute and how better investment decisions can be reached.
You identify quick wins to improve real estate steering in a way that suits the organization.
You work with Ortec Finance colleagues on a project to look at how we can better utilize AI and what opportunities that offers us.
You adapt quickly within an organization and provide immediate added value with your energy and substantive knowledge. You establish contact easily, connect people, and link figures, processes, and interests. You take initiative, create support, and remain focused on improvement. You are independent, integer, and transparent, and you communicate clearly, even about complex topics. You have an excellent command of the Dutch language and enjoy working together with humor and a sense of perspective.

You also bring:
Master's in real estate or a comparable scientific field
3 to 8 years of experience as an (interim) asset manager, portfolio manager, or similar
Knowledge of real estate, real estate steering, and real estate accounting
Pre: network in the housing association sector and/or familiarity with Ortec Finance WALS/SAM/SIM/VMS and primary housing association systems
