What does a Civil Engineering & Sports Site Manager do at Antea Group?

Antea Group Realisatie is the executing branch of our engineering firm. As a Site Manager within this team, you are responsible for the realization of civil works and sports fields. You are the primary point of contact on the project for colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. You monitor planning, quality, and administration, and ensure that everything proceeds according to agreement.

On-site, you distribute the work, stimulate the team to deliver quality, and create a good working atmosphere. Safety, health, and environment? You keep these sharp in your sights. You coordinate with subcontractors, arrange materials, and inspect deliveries on-site. Keeping track of costs, revenues, and extra or reduced work is also part of your tasks. You are a true go-getter. Problems? You see solutions. You take responsibility, think innovatively, and have an eye for quality.
