At Dura Vermeer Infra Noord West, we are looking for a Tender Manager Civil Engineering who does not just coordinate, but can create the plan themselves based on technical knowledge. As a tender manager civil engineering at Dura Vermeer Infra Noord West, you are the linchpin in the tender process for complex civil projects. You ensure that our plans are not only correct on paper, but also distinctive in execution. You are not a manager from a distance, but a true doer who shapes the technology, planning, phasing, and budget themselves.

You work from an abstract starting point and translate this into a concrete, feasible plan that relieves the client of their worries. In doing so, you bring technology, planning, and process together into one strong story. Sustainability, nature-inclusive construction, circularity, and a low MKI value are natural starting points for you. You are familiar with the digital reinforcement of the bid, in collaboration with BIM modelers.

• Preparing planning, phasing, and budget for tenders;

• Analyzing technical principles and translating these into a distinctive plan;

• Collaborating within the central office and with civil specialists to put forward the best proposal;

• Writing reflection documents and contributing to sustainable and innovative solutions;

• Connecting the tender team and ensuring all disciplines are aligned;

• Effective communication with clients and collaboration and negotiation with partners, whereby the interests of the tender team are adequately represented.

You will work on tenders for diverse civil works, such as: Bridges and quays, industrial civil projects, and civil renovation works.

You will work at Dura Vermeer Infra regio Noord West. Our (head) office can be found in Cruquius, Noord-Holland; additionally, we have regional offices in Almere, Amsterdam, Alkmaar, and Oude Meer. Anyone driving through the work area of Dura Vermeer Infra Regio Noord West drives a circle around the IJsselmeer. From Texel via Amsterdam and Het Gooi to Flevoland. In this region, we build roads, bridges, and sewers. But also quays, fly-overs, and runways. Furthermore, we are strong in long-term management and maintenance contracts. Sustainability plays an important role for us in all cases. -Civil engineering knowledge and experience with concrete technology;
-Affinity with planning, technology, and phasing. You create the plan yourself, not just coordinate;

• The salary for this position is between € 5,639.81 and € 7,049.76 gross per month (based on 40 hours)*, excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience;

• On top of the salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement);

• With an eye toward a long-term relationship, we offer you an indefinite contract immediately;

• 43 leave days according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

• A laptop and a smartphone;

• Excellent secondary employment conditions such as standard insurance for all employee risks, pension schemes, an extra supplement in case of disability, and a contribution towards trade union membership;

• You have the choice between an electric lease car, a mobility budget, and/or NS Business Card.;
