What will you do as a Strategic Advisor Industry at Antea Group?

Daily, you support our clients with issues they face in the field of energy transition, sustainability, and circularity. Our clients are located within various sectors of the manufacturing and production industry. You know better than anyone that every environmental, safety, and health issue has a cause, produces an effect, and above all needs a solution. Whether it concerns entirely new initiatives or expansions/modifications of existing sites: you provide our clients with integral advice that enables them to take the next steps and respond to obligations brought about by laws and regulations.

• You find it important that there is a proper balance between business ambitions and compliance with laws and regulations. With your knowledge, you ensure that all projects demonstrably comply with laws and regulations while taking into account the Netherlands of the future;

• You enjoy collaborating with colleagues from other disciplines, such as noise, air quality, nitrogen, and safety, making integral vision and context characteristic of our projects. As a result, you offer our clients a firm foothold in the complex world of laws and regulations; you offer insight, control, and results;

• Working on your own development. With our Antea Group Academy, we offer you guidance so that you can realize your personal ambitions. This allows you to increase your professional knowledge and gives you the space to utilize your competencies optimally.

Our team of advisors is a friendly team of 20 colleagues and works hybridly from various locations in the Netherlands. In addition to collaborating with colleagues within our own team, you also work closely with our clients themselves and, of course, with Antea Group colleagues from other business lines and specialists. During our weekly collaboration days, we brainstorm about content, work on innovations within our field, and also know to toast to great results and celebrate them together.

Additionally, we also organize pleasant and informal contact moments such as our annual summer barbecue, and there is an active staff association that organizes many activities. For example, we also recently visited our Belgian colleagues as a team. Super interesting to examine the differences in laws and regulations between both countries, but also to go for a nice bite to eat in the beautiful city of Antwerp afterwards. The team has an equal gender distribution (m/f) and ranges in age from mid-20s to mid-50s. A beautiful mix of conviviality, energy, and experience characterizes our team.

• A HBO or WO degree in the direction of Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Environmental Technology, or Process Technology;

• Even if you have a similar education or bring relevant work experience, we would love to get in touch with you;

• Experience within the field as a permits advisor, HSE advisor, HSE consultant, or HSE specialist;

• Experience within the field of HSE and/or compliance management is a plus;

• You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week.
