With your design talent, you will work on rail projects that matter and contribute to a more beautiful and accessible Netherlands.
From tracks to underpasses: as an AutoCAD designer, you are an important link in our rail projects. A large part of your work consists of preparing execution designs for track and rail. You collect information, conduct site surveys, and participate in design meetings. This is a significant responsibility: your design is used to carry out the work outdoors. Therefore, you always work meticulously and with a focus on quality. As a rail designer, we also deploy you to create drawings for the preparation of contracts for ProRail. Furthermore, you check the contributions of other drafters and designers for quality. In all of this, we make use of the latest applications and insights in the field of 3D design, software, sensing, and big data. In this, you may take an active role to contribute to innovations surrounding the design process.
Applying your professional knowledge to interesting rail projects;
Solving the perfect design puzzle for clients;
Collaborating in project teams;
Brainstorming to arrive at innovative solutions for all our client requests;

A pleasant and tight-knit team that is happy to welcome you and show you the ropes. In the first few months, you will work intensively with an experienced colleague who will coach and guide you.
