(Junior) Accounts Receivable Clerk (24 - 40 Hours)

What will you do as a (junior) accounts receivable clerk at Antea Group?

At Antea Group, we work every day on a future-proof living environment. Behind the scenes, our financial administration ensures that everything continues to run smoothly. As an accounts receivable clerk, you play an important role in this. You help keep our administration up to date and ensure that overdue payments are properly followed up.

You have a lot of contact with customers and colleagues, think in solutions, and know how to communicate agreements clearly and friendly. No two days are the same: one moment you are consulting with a colleague about an outstanding invoice, the next you are helping a customer or updating data in the system. In doing so, you will get plenty of room to learn, to develop yourself, and to think along about how we can make our processes smarter.

• Maintaining telephone and written contact with customers;

• Making and monitoring payment agreements;

• Registering and following up on disputes;

• Entering, modifying, and enriching debtor data;

• Answering questions from customers and colleagues;

• Thinking along about improvements in our work processes.

• Good written and oral communication skills;

• A customer-oriented, solution-oriented, and flexible attitude;

• The ability to work both independently and in a team;
