At Lidl, no single invoice is standard. That makes your work not only challenging, but above all incredibly varied. As a linchpin in our dynamic department, you will continuously coordinate with colleagues from Purchasing, Logistics, and with our colleagues at the distribution centers. Because Lidl is growing incredibly fast, our invoice flows and processes remain in constant motion. You think along, improve the streamline, and together with the team, ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Our colleagues at the Shared Service Center in Romania book the incoming invoices, but some cases require extra sharpness and insight. That is where you come into action! From price differences to missing goods, you investigate it, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure that everything is correct.

Among other things, you will be involved in:

• Handling financial-administrative cases; in doing so, you work together with colleagues from the Purchasing department, Logistics, and at our distribution centers.
• Consulting with suppliers and creditors to clarify inaccuracies and discrepancies on invoices.
• Monitoring and optimizing the digital processing process of purchase invoices.
• Assisting with checks of new suppliers and preparations for payments.
• Improvement projects (together with other specialist departments). Think of offering internal training or implementing new communication methods.

• You enjoy solving financial administrative puzzles. You can work well independently, switch gears quickly, and have a proactive work attitude.
