1. Contacting debtor relationships by telephone
2. Sending written reminders to debtor relationships
3. Providing copies of sales invoices
4. Maintaining contact with the various operating companies
5. Requesting and providing credit information
6. Assessing accounts receivable applications
7. Initiating and maintaining collection cases
