Requirements
What we're looking for
A completed HBO (higher professional education) or WO (university) degree (Nature and Landscape Technology, Land and Water Management, Garden and Landscape Design);
At least two years of work experience;
Affinity with R.A.W. specifications and other contract forms;
Knowledge of greenery and a clear vision on the added value of greenery in current societal challenges;
You are entrepreneurial and possess a relevant network;
Organizational talent: you like to get things done, work orderly, and do not like half-finished work;
You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week.
The role
With your organizational and leadership talents, you contribute to the greening of cities, villages, and neighborhoods.
What you'll do
Greenery is undergoing a revival in our living and residential environments. Especially in light of climate change, energy transition, and biodiversity. For our clients, we are an important partner in the development and execution of green plans and projects. And these are the projects you will be working on. You will work on, among other things, visions, policy plans, management plans, specifications, supervision, measurements, and reports. You are not only strong on content, but you also translate plans into the execution phase. With your practical and motivating input, you ensure that your project is executed within schedule, budget, and quality requirements. You do this from the intake interview through to sending the final invoice. From this position, you can gradually specialize in either the project leader or the advisory role.
What you enjoy doing:
Working on projects that contribute to a sustainable, biodiverse, and safe living and residential environment;
Being the linchpin of projects;
Managing projects with tight deadlines and budgets effectively;
Leading a team and working together to ensure smooth realization;
Being the point of contact for clients.
Who will you work with?
You will work closely with your colleagues in the project team. You certainly won't be thrown into the deep end here. For instance, in the first year, an experienced colleague will be ready for you to show you the ropes and with whom you can brainstorm. Additionally, as the primary point of contact, you will interact intensively with customers. You will also maintain close contact with subcontractors in your projects.
