Work Preparer in the Netherlands

You are a Work Preparer at Allinq and ensure that every project is prepared in detail before execution begins. Whether it concerns fiber optic or coax networks: you arrange everything needed to be able to build outdoors.
From KLIC notifications and permits to material flows and customer appointments, you maintain the overview and ensure everything is correct.

In your role as Work Preparer, you are the linchpin between preparation and execution. You ensure that projects transition smoothly to realization and serve as the central point of contact within the process.

You communicate daily with engineers, executors, customers, subcontractors, and government authorities, and you know how to connect interests and translate them into an executable plan.

Your core task: You are involved from start to finish: you ensure strong preparation and think along during execution regarding where improvements can be made.

• You manage excavation notifications in the WOW system

• You perform KLIC notifications and handle EV (Precautionary Requirement) correctly

• You map out traffic measures and coordinate these with stakeholders

• You make customer appointments and monitor planning and progress

• You manage the material flow within projects (fiber optic and coax)

• You negotiate and coordinate with subcontractors

• You coordinate all preparatory activities from A to Z

• You ensure that permits, documents, and execution information are complete

• You draw up clear execution plans for technicians and subcontractors

• You process work orders and monitor progress together with the planning

• You anticipate changes and maintain an overview of ongoing projects

• You ensure that everyone knows exactly what needs to happen when

You maintain the overview, arrange what is necessary, and ensure that everything runs smoothly - a practical go-getter with decisiveness and a sense of responsibility.

Experience in a role as a work preparer, or in a similar position within a technical environment,

• Affinity with fiber optic, coax, and underground infrastructure

• You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview, even during busy periods

• You communicate clearly and switch easily between different parties

• You are stress-resistant and take responsibility

• You have a proactive mentality: arrange, don't postpone

Furthermore, you receive:

• A salary between € 3,391 and € 3,889 based on 38 hours, according to the CAO Kleinmetaal en Techniek.

• 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days, based on full-time employment.

• 8% holiday allowance.

• A travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.

• The possibility to work hybrid, with a home office allowance of €2.45 per day.
