As a planner, you ensure that electrotechnical and automation projects for industrial processes are prepared to perfection. The variety in projects and tasks means that no two days are the same.
What exactly you do:
You are involved in a project from calculation through to the delivery of the technical dossier;
You work out calculations and additions/deductions and prepare quotes;
You make supplier proposals, after consultation with your colleagues in Purchasing, and prepare purchase orders;
You ensure oversight of materials regarding status, costs, and timeliness, from the requirement stage through to purchasing;
You ensure timely and correct delivery of materials based on customer specifications or engineering packages;
You are the point of contact for your colleagues regarding materials and you consult with suppliers (in collaboration with your colleagues in Purchasing) and the project team;
You check (revision) drawings;
You prepare sales invoices.

What you bring:
You possess an MBO or HBO diploma in the field of Electrotechnics or Mechatronics;
You have relevant work experience within an industrial environment;
You have experience with project control and project monitoring;
You are able to read technical drawings, datasheets, and specifications;
You are familiar with working in ERP packages (Navision/Business Central) and have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
You have knowledge of the applicable standards and guidelines, such as NEN 1010 and NEN 3140;
You possess good material knowledge.
