Lefebvre Sdu might just be the oldest AI startup in the Netherlands. Not because we are at the forefront of technology, but because we possess the knowledge that technology runs on. We have been building that for 200 years. Day in, day out. Law by law. Word by word. That cannot be copied. As the Dutch heart of Lefebvre Group, the European leader in legal and tax knowledge, we are building GenIA-L: an AI platform where legal and tax professionals don't just get an answer, but an answer they dare to put their name to. More than 75,000 professionals work with it daily, accounting for over 100 million euros in ARR in Europe. We are looking for someone to ensure they truly start doing things differently.
HOW YOU MOVE US FORWARD
Closing a license is one thing. Having an office revise its work process around AI is something else. Lawyers and tax specialists work the way they do because that is how it has been done for years, and a new platform does not change that on its own. Someone must sit down beside them, look at how their case work looks now, and show where GenIA-L takes over or accelerates that work. To do that, you must truly want to understand that work. You dive into how a file is constructed, where the hours are spent, and why a professional does not simply trust an answer they cannot verify. That curiosity and diligence are your most important tools: when you sit across from a partner, they notice that you take their profession seriously. In doing so, you are the most important ambassador for the product, both externally and internally. What you see at clients, you bring back, because the best roadmap input comes from people who use the platform every day.
You guide customers from go-live to mature usage, and you drive adoption instead of just satisfaction.
You analyze the work processes of legal and tax teams and translate them into a concrete configuration of GenIA-L.
You train users and internal key users, so that knowledge about the platform remains with the client.
You measure usage, signal where adoption stalls, and intervene before a renewal is jeopardized.
You build an approach that is repeatable: playbooks, use cases, and examples that you deploy again with the next client.
You bring the client's practice back to product and editorial, and you are the voice of the user in our own development.
You work closely with sales, so that expansion and renewal stem from usage that demonstrably delivers value.
You are commercially strong and have reached the point where you want more than just selling. You have seen what AI is going to do to the way organizations work, and you want to sit on that side of the table, with the party that builds it instead of the party that is overwhelmed by it. You bring your commercial experience, but you want to be closer to the client, the product, and the impact.
Experience in a comparable role in customer success, business development, or account management.
Affinity with AI. You work with it, you follow it, and you can explain what it can and cannot do without exaggerating.
You are curious about how people work and you have patience with organizations that do not change automatically.
You are strong in stakeholder management: from the partner who signs to the professional who has to use it.
You do not need experience in customer success. However, you do need the willingness to learn that craft.
Excellent command of the Dutch language, in speech and writing.
You join at the moment when GenIA-L is moving from pilot to daily use at clients. What that adoption looks like has not yet been determined. You determine the approach, and what you establish now will become the way we do it for every subsequent client.
A place where, from day one, you have influence on how clients work with our platform and on what we build for it.
