Senior Infrastructure Structural Engineer

As a structural engineer at WSP, you actively contribute ideas for smart, innovative solutions to complex infrastructural challenges. You apply your professional knowledge to design high-quality structures and you consciously transfer your experience to less experienced colleagues, so that the entire team becomes stronger.

As a structural engineer at WSP, you work on civil structures of varying scale and complexity: from smart custom solutions to large, high-profile projects such as ViA15, the Oosterweel connection, and the ProRail tunnel alliances. You fully utilize your technical expertise and actively transfer it to less experienced colleagues, so that the team as a whole grows and our quality is permanently strengthened.

We are looking for an all-round structural engineer with a solid foundation in concrete and knowledge of steel. You will work on a wide variety of structures - viaducts, bridges, underpasses, tunnels, and renovations of landmark stations such as Amsterdam Centraal, as well as replacement and renovation projects.

At WSP, you work at the intersection of design and execution and see up close how your designs become reality. You work for both contractors and public clients, including municipalities, water boards, and provinces, and fulfill a role as a design partner or structural advisor in various project phases.

You are a driven structural engineer with a solid technical foundation. You combine in-depth professional knowledge with strategic insight and know how to convert complex issues into practical, realizable solutions. Additionally, you share your knowledge and experience with less experienced colleagues, so that the team as a whole continues to grow. You possess an excellent command of Dutch standards and guidelines.
