You have demonstrable experience as a project leader on larger projects within building services engineering (WTB);
You have a strong technical background in mechanical engineering, building services engineering, or a related discipline;
You know how to lead multidisciplinary teams and motivate professionals—not by pushing, but by thinking along;
You work integrally with architectural, electrical, and other technical disciplines and consider this a matter of course;
You invest in the planning and organization of a project, from the conviction that it can always be smarter;
You are customer-oriented, communicate clearly, and know how to bring stakeholders and project teams along.
The salary for this position is between €5639 and €7049 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance.
We pay out per 4-week period (13 periods per year), instead of per calendar month. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.
