Project Coordinator in Eindhoven

• A salary for a junior to medior project coordinator between € 3,085.00 and € 5,533.00 gross per 4 weeks, depending on knowledge and experience;

As a project coordinator, you support the guidance of projects from the initiation phase through to the completion dossier. You contribute to careful execution within the agreed schedule, budget, and quality standards.

• You coordinate smaller works and sub-projects under the guidance of the project manager;

• You draw up detailed, integrated schedules and monitor progress;

• You are the point of contact for involved parties, such as project developers, engineering and consultancy firms, contractors, and government bodies, and you coordinate with them in a timely manner;

• You liaise with internal colleagues, ensuring everyone has clarity regarding tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines, and you actively utilize the internal network within VolkerWessels to make projects smarter, faster, and more achievable;

• You liaise with external market parties, request quotes, assess and compare them on content, quality, and price, negotiate terms, and record agreements in contracts;

• You monitor the budget and the financial progress of the project, including risks, invoicing, receipts, and additional work;

• You ensure a good transfer of knowledge and insights between project phases and involved parties, while remaining closely involved yourself;

• You contribute to a structured and efficient project organization.

Who are you
You are a structured and proactive project coordinator who derives energy from organizing, coordinating, and guiding projects. Thanks to your strong communication skills, you know how to connect different parties and ensure that agreements are met. You maintain an overview, monitor progress, and switch easily between different stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Ideally, you live centrally in the Netherlands. Do you live a bit further away? You are still very welcome to apply, as long as you don't mind coming to our office in Eindhoven every Friday. Friday is our fixed office day, on which we come together with the whole team, work together, and brainstorm with each other. Additionally, you have the possibility to work from home one day per week.
