At WSP, we are looking for a Team Leader/Project Leader Building Physics who connects the team, provides direction, and supports professional growth. You ensure a strong, positive team culture and a clear, thoughtful way of working. In this role, advising is central: you make complex building physics clear and understandable for clients and design teams.

You bring structure to processes, develop the team, and monitor the quality of our working methods. You combine substantive insight with coaching leadership and communicative strength.

You guide and coach colleagues, stimulate collaboration, and ensure that the team can continuously develop. You create an environment in which knowledge is shared and people can work with confidence.

You monitor and improve our methodologies, processes, and quality standards. You ensure a consistent, efficient, and clear way of working, fitting the growth of the team and the projects.

You lead the building physics part of multidisciplinary projects. You translate technical issues into understandable advice and present these in an accessible manner. You maintain relationships with clients and monitor planning, quality, and progress.

You work on diverse projects, from commercial buildings to unique architectural designs. You ensure that disciplines collaborate well and that the building physics work is logically and carefully embedded in the design.
