Building Physics Project Manager

Furthermore, you have:

• At least 10 years of work experience in building physics, of which at least 5 years as a project manager;

• Experience with residential construction (high-rise) and utility projects;

• A completed HBO or WO degree in Architecture with a specialization in Building Physics (or similar).

As a Building Physics Project Manager, you will lead the design process regarding integral building physics and sustainability aspects. You will manage project leaders or fulfill that role yourself, depending on the project. You will act as a mentor for less experienced colleagues within your projects. You will work together with experts in the fields of fire safety, acoustics, installation advice, and structures. Additionally, you will contribute ideas regarding market positioning and participate in internal innovations such as automation and parametric design.
