Architectural Project Manager

As an Architectural Project Manager, you are responsible for the entire architectural design process. You are the connecting link between the client, engineering, and execution, and you ensure that technology, planning, quality, and collaboration come together perfectly.

You lead multidisciplinary teams and are involved in diverse projects, such as commercial spaces, logistics buildings, technical installation rooms, renovations, and other architectural facilities within complex, operational environments.

In this role:

• You manage engineering and detailed design developments (VO, DO, and UO); 

• You safeguard technical choices and test designs for constructability; 

• You coordinate design and project teams, from modelers and structural engineers to external specialists; 

• You prepare project schedules, budgets, and risk analyses and monitor these throughout the project; 

• You lead the architectural design coordination and connect different disciplines into one integral design; 

• You advise clients and translate their wishes into smart, practical solutions; 

• You represent Nepocon during construction team meetings, presentations, and project discussions; 

• You identify opportunities for new assignments and improvements within projects; 

• You safeguard quality, planning, safety, and costs; 

• You guide and coach less experienced colleagues in their development. 

You combine technical content, project management, and relationship management in one versatile role.

You are technically strong, like to take responsibility, and know how to bring people along with your approach. You maintain an overview, think ahead, and feel comfortable in a role in which you switch frequently between technology, organization, and client contact.
