Help build the 'Swimming Pool of the Future' and work on challenging projects in swimming pool automation. You will help build smart, future-oriented solutions and play an important role in our transition from ETO to CTO. You will be given the space to grow and the confidence to participate directly in our projects. Of course, you won't be alone: you will work together with an experienced team that is always there for you.
This is what you will do
As a project planner, you will guide and facilitate projects from start to finish. This specifically concerns projects within the building automation of swimming pool installations. You will support the elaboration of technical designs and you will check and manage documentation, such as drawings, diagrams, and lists. You will also support material and component choices, such as sensors, valves, and control components, and work on O&B folders and system documentation.
Collaboration is central to your work, which you primarily do with the assembly team and project management, with whom you regularly coordinate matters. Additionally, within Hellebrekers, we are making the transition from ETO (Engineer-to-Order) to CTO (Configure-to-Order). Project planning plays an important role in this, and so do you as a project planner. You will actively participate in setting up a CTO project organization and think along about 'the project planning of the future' (standardization). In doing so, you will work closely with the senior project planner. Finally, you will make an active contribution to the team's development towards Smart Building/Smart Pool solutions. Furthermore, you will be involved in:
Preparing and registering material orders;
Maintaining project administration and progress overviews;
Supporting extra and reduced work (change orders);
Supporting project management with administrative tasks.
This is what you bring
You are a true team player with good communication skills and you take responsibility for your work. By nature, you are curious and technically interested. You can think conceptually, are structured and eager to learn, and work well in a team. In stressful situations, you do not get easily flustered and you maintain an overview. Furthermore, we would like to see:
Experience in project planning is, of course, a plus, but not the most important thing. We are happy to give you the space to grow in this position and to build your knowledge in the field of swimming pool processes, control strategies, and building management systems. Moreover, you will receive guidance from experienced project planners and a project manager you can always count on.
