Inbound Logistics Team Leader

These vary from quickly making appointments for online doctor visits on TeleClinic's telemedicine platform to pharmaceutical advice and the delivery of both prescription and over-the-counter medicines and health products from Germany's most well-known online pharmacy.

When the process stalls at the front door, the entire warehouse notices. You know that better than anyone. As Inbound Logistics Team Leader, you ensure that thousands of products find their way to our high-bay warehouse flawlessly and on time every day.

You direct your team on the floor, maintain an overview during peak periods, and keep the DocMorris logistics engine running smoothly.

You are the pivot between incoming goods and the rest of our operation. You ensure a cost-efficient and customer-oriented way of working.

Concretely, this means:

• Maintaining an overview on the floor: You coordinate unloading, check freight documents, and guarantee correct put-away in the high-bay warehouse.
• Setting priorities: Refrigerated deliveries and cross-dock shipments require speed. You recognize the urgency and direct the material flow in the right direction immediately.
• Building your team: You are among your people. You provide daily leadership, onboard new colleagues, and create a positive, productive atmosphere that the team enjoys working in.
• Optimizing process and flow: You plan internal transport, intervene before bottlenecks arise, and monitor quality standards. In doing so, you work closely with Outbound, Purchasing, and Quality Management.

You are a leader who radiates calm, even when three trucks are at the door at the same time. You act respectfully, set a good example, and understand how the processes in a large warehouse interlock.
