The role

For our location in Oudewater, we are looking for an Operator. In this role, you are responsible for operating, setting up, and monitoring production machines so that together we can make the tastiest hamburgers, sausages, slavinks, and meatballs for the Dutch retail market. You ensure that the production process runs efficiently, safely, and according to the applicable quality and hygiene regulations.

What you'll do

Operating, setting up, and converting production machines;
You provide operational leadership to the production line and ensure that the production planning is realized;
You monitor the production process and the product quality;
You identify and resolve minor malfunctions;
You perform quality controls and record production data;
You work closely with colleagues from production, quality, and technical services;
You ensure that work is carried out according to HACCP, safety, and hygiene regulations.
You ensure that the machines and your workplace are clean and maintained.
You actively contribute ideas for improvements in the production process and contribute to an efficient way of working

Depending on the department, your work starts between 06:00 and 08:00 in the morning.

What do you bring?

MBO level of work and thinking.
Experience as an operator is a plus, but not a requirement.
Technical insight and interest in production processes.
You work accurately and have an eye for quality.
You are motivated and enjoy working together with colleagues.
You command the Dutch and/or English language.
You are flexible and willing to work according to the working hours associated with the department.
