Supply Planning Employee

Do you love organizing, switching gears, and solving puzzles together? Then this is a role where no two days are the same. For a maternity cover of approximately five months, we are looking for a new colleague for our purchasing team. If it works out for both sides, we would love to look further at the possibilities within Westfort.

The supply of animals is a logistical puzzle every single day. You help ensure that everything runs at the right time, in the right place, and according to plan. Your responsibilities include:

• planning and coordinating the daily supply;

• contact with suppliers, pig farmers, and transporters;

• supporting colleagues with questions and changes;

• solving unexpected situations in the planning.

A transport that goes differently, a change from a supplier, or a question from production: you maintain the overview, pick up the phone, and search for the best solution together with others. It is precisely that variety that makes this work dynamic. You are in a lot of contact with people and work every day toward a result that is immediately visible.

Does it sound fun to solve that puzzle anew every day? To have a lot of contact with suppliers and transporters and to ensure together that everything is correct? Then we would love to meet you.

You don't need to know everything already. More important is that you get energy from organizing, communicating, and solving. Furthermore:

• you have an MBO+ work and thinking level

• you work accurately and maintain an overview, even when the planning changes

• you are communicatively strong and easily pick up the phone

• you think in solutions and dare to take initiative

• you enjoy working together in a small, committed team

• you have an affinity with planning, logistics, administration, or the agricultural sector

• Available for 32-40 hours per week, on location
