What you will do as a Management Consultant Supply Chain Planning

As a Management Consultant within the Supply Chain Planning team at Capgemini Invent, you will advise leading organizations in developing and implementing modern, data-driven planning solutions. Depending on your work experience, you can start with us as either a Senior Consultant or Manager. You combine consultancy skills with subject matter expertise and help clients make their supply chain future-proof.

• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and taking independent ownership of supply chain planning projects.
• Supporting clients in designing and implementing solutions for S&OP, IBP, Autonomous Planning, and ML & Insights-driven forecasting.
• Translating analyses into concrete advisory proposals and coordinating projects from initiation to successful completion.
• Investigating within multidisciplinary teams what impact changes have on processes, systems, and ways of working, and what prerequisites are necessary for success.
• Combine your subject matter expertise with leadership and commercial impact.
• You are responsible for the delivery of complex Supply Chain Planning transformations or important workstreams within them.
• You are the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders and you manage expectations, scope, and impact.
• You lead and coach consultants, both during client projects and in their professional development.
• You actively contribute to business development, including proposals, pitches, propositions, and identifying follow-up assignments.
