For the MABI Mobility headquarters in Houten, we are looking for a Planning Coordinator. For someone who has as much of a heart for cars as we do. Here, we rent out passenger cars, passenger vans, and delivery vans. But what exactly will you do as a Planning Coordinator?

• You efficiently plan the vehicles based on rental requests from our business and private customers
• You monitor the logistical processes in collaboration with our 18 rental locations
• You process and plan the inflow and outflow of vehicles, which are replaced in the fleet annually
• You support colleagues from the Fleet department, where maintenance and damage management are coordinated, among other things

As a Planning Coordinator, you will join the inside sales team of MABI Mobility, the car rental company of Hedin Automotive. At MABI Mobility, it is not just about renting a car, but about providing complete service. You will work from our headquarters in Houten. Additionally, we have 19 other locations in the Netherlands where we rent out the ideal car, passenger van, or commercial vehicle every day to meet the demand and preferences of our customers. You will guide the planning process. Based on reservations, you will ensure that vehicles are deployed as efficiently as possible.
