As a supply chain management employee in the Auto Dispo department at Lidl, you ensure that our branches and the distribution center always have the right stock. You make use of forecasts and data, but you primarily look outward. Does a heatwave suddenly break out or does a product go viral? Then you switch directly with suppliers to ensure we don't run out. A dynamic role in which you truly have an impact on what lies on our shelves.

Your Responsibilities as a supply chain employee at Lidl: 

• You are responsible for the entire chain of one or more product groups.

• You make forecasts, place orders, both with national and international suppliers, you analyze branch orders and you also focus on monitoring sales with the aim of achieving maximum turnover at minimum costs.

• You resolve shortages and surpluses before they arise, always keeping environmental factors, the weather, promotions, and customer wishes in mind.

• You have daily contact with branches, suppliers, employees at the distribution center, and the head office.

• You understand the processes and have a natural drive to further optimize them.
