We are looking for a technician who wants to work in a dynamic environment. Furthermore, you have or are:

You possess mbo+ work and thinking level, and have relevant work experience within the technical field.
You have leadership experience or the ambition to grow into it.
You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages
You have technical insight and a proactive attitude
You work accurately, independently, and in a structured manner
Experience with ERP systems is a plus (for example, Ultimo)

The role

As Assistant Head of Technical Services, you are an important link within our technical services department. You support the Technical Services Department Manager in managing the team and ensure that the technical operations run optimally during your shift. You will receive a great mix of working independently, collaborating, and thinking along about technical improvements and projects. Thanks to your commitment, our production processes run smoothly and reliably.

What you'll do

You support the Technical Services Department Manager in managing our internal as well as external technicians and in guiding new colleagues.
You supervise the activities being carried out.
You think along and work on challenging technical projects.
Together with colleagues, you draw up maintenance schedules and coordinate preventive maintenance.
You lead team meetings and ensure that the technical operations continue to run reliably.
You take over the tasks of the Technical Services Department Manager in their absence.

This is what you will do

You work in a flexible day shift between 06:00 and 18:00. Working hours are coordinated in mutual consultation with your fellow assistants and the Head of Technical Services, so that the department is always staffed between 06:00 and 18:00. Additionally, you will work a Saturday shift once every three weeks, so that together we ensure everything runs smoothly during the weekend as well.
