To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technical Operations Manager Installation Technology who gets energy from managing, improving, and expanding our technical organization. In this role, you hold ultimate responsibility for the daily course of affairs within projects and ensure that quality, planning, and efficiency come together.

You combine technical leadership with a commercial eye: you see opportunities in the market, maintain relationships, and know how to translate these into successful projects. Together with your team, you work on diverse projects within installation technology and contribute to the further growth and professionalization of Keizers Installatietechniek. As Technical Operations Manager, you are responsible for managing and optimizing the technical organization within Keizers. You ensure that projects are executed efficiently, qualitatively, and according to schedule, and you act as the connecting link between the field service and the office.

You lead project managers, work planners, and technicians, and you know how to motivate and develop them. In doing so, you monitor the progress, quality, and financial results of projects and make adjustments where necessary.

In addition to technical responsibility, you have an explicitly commercial role. You maintain relationships with existing customers and actively build new collaborations. You identify opportunities in the market and know how to translate these into concrete assignments and sustainable relationships. With your combination of technical insight, leadership, and commercial sense, you ensure growth, continuity, and a strong position in the market.

Furthermore, you will be involved in:

• Optimizing processes and increasing efficiency within the organization;

• Thinking along about growth, strategy, and positioning;

• Managing project managers, work preparation, and execution;

• Monitoring budgets, calculations, and project results;

• Contributing to tenders, quotes, and technical solutions;

• Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders;

• Strengthening the collaboration between the different disciplines within Keizers.

You are a strong and accessible leader with technical insight and a commercial drive. You know how to connect people, maintain an overview, and switch effortlessly between strategy and operations.
